  • Worked in the mechanical design and manufacturing team to rapidly prototype an IR smart heater.

  • Oversaw the additive manufacturing process to streamline a fast-paced production schedule to supply inventory for constant demos and pilot programs while creating and implementing a maintenance and troubleshooting SOP.

  • Wrote and executed thermal fatigue testing plans to test different manufacturing methods, finding the low cycle limit for potential heating element materials, and vendor acceptance testing on OTS thermocouples for temperature control.

  • Designed and manufactured a portable, rapid assembly product demonstration platform with independent power and a structurally stiff collapsing stand.

  • Designed and manufactured assembly jigs to create subcomponents and documented accompanying assembly instructions, reducing assembly time by 5-10 minutes per subassembly.
